When will your tiles be shipped?
The Kensington, The Heirloom, and all specialty jokers purchased during our first presale are estimated to ship beginning in November and early December. The Yorkshire tile set and specialty jokers are expected to ship in January.
What size are your tiles?
1.26 in (32 mm) x .9 in (23 mm) x .5 in (13 mm)
Our tiles are acrylic and engraved. The Kensington and The Heirloom tiles are UV printed, while The Yorkshire is hand-painted.
All our tile sets are crafted to showcase their detailed designs.
How are your tiles crafted?
We customized our mats to be 31.5 in x 31.5 in x 3 mm to ensure they fit on nearly all mahjong tables, both round and square.

Our incredible friend and graphic designer has helped bring our tiles designs and mat visions to life .
Will you wholesale to retailers or offer affiliate programs?

Returns
We hope every piece finds its place at your table. But, if something's not quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Just email us at help@thetuesdaytablemahjongcollection.com with your order number, and we'll take it from there.
If your tiles arrive damaged, please let us know within 14 days — a quick photo is all we need. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Shipping
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200. All other orders ship for a flat fee of $10 within the United States. International shipping is subject to weight regulations.
