Welcome to The Tuesday Table. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.thetuesdaytablemahjong.com(the "Site") and your purchase of any products from The Tuesday Table, LLC ("The Tuesday Table," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Michigan.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from the Site.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Slight variations in color, grain, and finish are inherent to our materials and are part of what makes each set distinct.

Certain products are offered in limited production runs. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, discontinue products, or modify product specifications at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Presale Orders

Certain products on the Site are offered on a presale basis. By placing a presale order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Payment at time of order. Your payment method is charged in full when you place a presale order, not when the product ships.

  • Estimated delivery. Shipping timeframes provided for presale products are estimates only. The estimated shipping window for your order will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation.

  • Delays. Manufacturing and shipping timelines may shift due to circumstances outside our control. If your order will be materially delayed beyond the estimated window, we will notify you by email and you may choose to keep your order or cancel for a full refund.

  • Cancellation before shipment. You may cancel a presale order for a full refund at any time before your order ships by contacting us at info@thetuesdaytablemahjong.com.

  • Address changes. Please keep your shipping address current. You may update your shipping address by contacting us any time before your order ships.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping FAQ for additional details.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@thetuesdaytablemahjong.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the name "The Tuesday Table," our logo, product names (including The Heirloom, The Kensington, The Yorkshire, The Grosse Pointe Jokers, The Holiday Collection, and all mat names), our tagline, photography, product designs, text, and graphics — is the property of The Tuesday Table, LLC or its licensors and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our trademarks or other intellectual property.

8. Affiliate and Ambassador Program

Participation in The Tuesday Table's affiliate or ambassador program is governed by a separate affiliate agreement. Nothing in these Terms creates an affiliate, partnership, or agency relationship between you and The Tuesday Table.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Site, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to scrape or harvest data from the Site.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tuesday Table, LLC and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tuesday Table, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time you place an order govern that order.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
